Dr. Marcel P. Fraix is a distinguished osteopathic physician, educator, and health policy leader. He serves as the Associate Dean for Admissions & Enrollment and Professor and Chair of the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP), part of Western University of Health Sciences. Additionally, he is the Chief of the Section of Health Policy & Management in the Department of Population Health.

Dr. Fraix earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of California, Davis Medical Center, where he served as Co-Chief Resident. He completed a fellowship in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Downey Regional Medical Center. He maintains clinical practice at institutions like Casa Colina Hospital and Eisenhower Health, focusing on patient care integrating osteopathic manual medicine.
