Dr. Brianna Vullis began her academic and clinical journey at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in May 2020, graduating Cum Laude. She subsequently pursued her medical training at Keiser University, achieving her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree in August 2023 and again graduating with Cum Laude honors.
During her doctoral studies, Dr. Vullis completed an intensive Chiropractic Internship at the Keiser University Spine Care Clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, from August 2022 to August 2023. During this clinical rotation, she assisted in delivering customized chiropractic care using a variety of adjusting techniques, therapeutic modalities, and rehabilitative exercises. She placed a strong emphasis on preventative care, educating patients on proper ergonomics, posture, and lifestyle modifications to enhance holistic well-being and prevent recurrent injuries. She also developed early proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining meticulous patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Upon receiving her active licensure as a Chiropractor in California (License #DC35208), Dr. Vullis joined the Advanced Integrative Medical Center in Torrance, California, in November 2023. In this capacity, she diagnoses and treats diverse patient populations, managing complex cases that include private-pay, personal injury, and Federal Workers’ Compensation. Utilizing her extensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, she applies a wide range of evidence-based treatments. Her clinical modalities include the Diversified chiropractic technique, spinal manipulation, flexion-distraction, shockwave therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and soft tissue therapy.
A core component of Dr. Vullis’s practice is her strong diagnostic capability. She routinely interprets MRI and X-ray imaging, translating these findings into clear clinical explanations for her patients to support customized physical rehabilitation programs. To objectively assess mobility, strength, and pain reduction, she performs JTECH functional capacity testing, which actively guides her treatment decisions. Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, Dr. Vullis combines independent clinical expertise with collaborative communication to ensure thorough, compliant documentation and excellent continuity of care.
