Dr. Angelene Rivera is an energetic Chiropractor with over 14 years of diverse clinical experience and a valid California license. Her academic journey began at the University of California in Irvine, California, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology between September 2000 and April 2004. She later pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, attending from October 2017 to April 2021. Concurrently, from August 2019 to April 2021, she completed a student internship at the Life Chiropractic College West Health Center, providing supervised neuromusculoskeletal patient care, assessments, and chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Rivera is currently expanding her clinical scope by pursuing a Master of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, with an anticipated graduation in August 2026.

Following her doctoral studies, Dr. Rivera served as a Post Graduate Associate at DNA Sports Medicine and Wellness in Burbank, California, from April to October 2021. In this capacity, she managed up to 40 patients daily and operated as an athletic trainer for semi-professional football teams, applying specialized sports chiropractic and rehabilitation techniques. She then briefly practiced at The Joint Chiropractic in North Hollywood, California, from March to April 2022, assessing patient reflexes and posture to deliver tailored treatments and lifestyle guidance.

In June 2022, Dr. Rivera founded Angel City Chiropractic and Wellness in Los Angeles, California, where she continues to practice as the Owner and Lead Chiropractor. She successfully integrates sports medicine and IASTM techniques to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation outcomes. Her clinical expertise encompasses a variety of advanced methodologies, including Diversified, Drop Table, Activator, and Network spinal analysis. With a strong background in thorough independent evaluations, patient education, and meticulous report writing, Dr. Rivera is exceptionally equipped to excel in both advanced clinical and medicolegal roles as an Independent Contractor.
