Dr. Anne Donohue is a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine with over 25 years of clinical experience. She has 15 years of experience practicing Occupational Medicine and treating injured workers in multiple states, including managing complex and litigated Washington L&I claims as the attending provider and working with workers’ compensation attorneys. Her work also includes both in-person Family Medicine and telemedicine-based Family Medicine care. Dr. Donohue has performed over 500 disability chart reviews to determine functional capacity for private disability insurers and has completed over 30 impairment ratings as the attending provider for Washington L&I. She is on the Washington L&I IME examiner panel.
Dr. Donohue is the owner of Anne Donohue MD PLLC in Spokane Valley, Washington (February 1, 2026–present). She is an ExamWorks IME panel physician (January 2026–present) and an MES IME panel physician (December 2025–present). Prior to opening her practice, she worked at Spokane Work Injury Clinic as a Clinical Occupational Medicine physician (June 17, 2024–September 3, 2025). She has also provided telemedicine urgent care as a Family Medicine physician with MDLive (July 2023–February 2025), as a telemedicine urgent care physician in Family Medicine with Amwell Online Care Group (July 2023–November 14, 2025), and as an urgent care telemedicine physician in Family Medicine with Teladoc Health Online Care Group (July 2023–October 2024).
Her Occupational Medicine experience includes serving as an Occupational Medicine Staff Physician with Kaiser Permanente in Spokane, Washington (March 2019–August 2023) and as an Occupational Medicine locum tenens physician with Kaiser Permanente in Spokane (August 2023–December 2024). She previously practiced Occupational Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Wailuku, Hawaii (November 2016–November 2018), Group Health Permanente in Spokane (March 2011–October 2016), and Cascade Occupational Medicine Inc. in Portland, Oregon (July 2009–February 2011). Dr. Donohue also served as a Medical Review Officer at Intermountain MRO Services (January 2007–June 2007) and practiced as a family physician at Foothill Family Clinic (September 15, 2002–December 6, 2006).
Dr. Donohue completed an Occupational Medicine residency at the University of Utah RMCOEH (July 2007–June 2009) and earned an MPH from the University of Utah (2009). She completed Family Practice residency training at the University of Utah (1999–2002) after earning her MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine (1999) and a BA in Biology from Brandeis University (1995).
