Dr. Benjamin Adams is a licensed chiropractor with extensive experience in integrative healthcare settings, specializing in musculoskeletal pain, sports medicine, and functional rehabilitation. Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Adams earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the State University of New York at Cortland, where he worked with collegiate athletes to design strength and conditioning programs.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, in 2019. During his training, Dr. Adams participated in community outreach for underserved populations, including the elderly and homeless, and completed preceptor training under Dr. William H. Hoffman, Jr., DC, MPH, CCSP.

Dr. Adams has practiced in a variety of clinical environments, including urgent care, sports medicine, and personal injury clinics. His treatment approach incorporates diversified chiropractic techniques, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, spinal decompression, and class IV laser therapy. He has co-managed care with medical providers, physical therapists, and attorneys, and has worked with patients suffering from spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, and acute injuries related to motor vehicle accidents.

He holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling, the Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 (for treating professional golfers), Nasal Release Technique, and has completed California’s Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) certification course.

Currently based in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Adams continues to treat a wide range of patients with a focus on evidence-based care and patient education. Outside the clinic, he enjoys cooking, hiking with his dog Ollie, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Nina, and their family.
