Beverly Strunk, M.D.

Dr. Beverly Strunk is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with extensive experience in clinical, interventional, and military psychiatry. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine, she completed her psychiatric residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego while serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. Over the course of eight years in military service, she developed deep expertise in treating service members and veterans, knowledge she continues to apply in her current work performing compensation and pension (C&P) examinations for the VA.

In private practice, Dr. Strunk provides comprehensive psychiatric care with a specialization in interventional modalities, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy. Her clinical interests also include maternal mental health, an area in which she is both professionally trained and personally invested.

Dr. Strunk’s diverse career has spanned outpatient, inpatient, telepsychiatry, and consult-liaison roles across both civilian and military systems. Her broad training and leadership experience contribute to a practice philosophy centered on precision, compassion, and individualized care.
