Dr. Gordon Lam is an experienced chiropractic physician with a strong foundation in multidisciplinary care, hospital-based practice, and complex case management. He currently serves as a chiropractor at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, where he works alongside physicians and medical specialists to deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal care in an outpatient clinical setting. He also directs and manages care for Veterans Administration patients and is certified to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) commercial driver license (CDL) physical examinations.

Dr. Lam has over 15 years clinical experience in an outpatient multidisciplinary setting in Southern California. In this role, he functioned as the primary examining and treating provider for federal and state workers’ compensation cases, personal injury patients, and Medicare recipients. He managed the personal injury department, supervised staff, coordinated pre- and post-operative care, and assisted in radiographic studies and diagnostics.

Dr. Lam earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. He holds a California chiropractic license, a California Department of Health Radiography Supervisor and Operator certificate, and is a Certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Fluent in Mandarin with working knowledge of Spanish, Dr. Lam brings a culturally competent and patient-focused approach to care. His clinical techniques include Activator Method, COX Flexion-Distraction, Functional Movement Taping, Graston Technique, and foot orthotics casting. He is recognized for his collaborative style, leadership in care coordination, and deep commitment to improving functional outcomes for patients across diverse populations.
