Dr. Jana Mulvaney is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience providing mental health counseling and psychotherapy to diverse populations. Based in Venice, California, she is recognized for her personable, compassionate approach and her commitment to delivering evidence-based care tailored to each individual. Her clinical expertise includes crisis intervention, comprehensive psychological assessment, and the design of individualized treatment strategies that promote long-term emotional wellness.

Dr. Mulvaney earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute (September 1997 – June 2002). Her doctoral training emphasized depth-oriented psychotherapy, advanced psychological assessment, and integrative approaches to mental health treatment.

From September 2002 through December 2025, Dr. Mulvaney practiced as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in independent practice in Venice, California. In this role, she collaborated with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in psychiatric hospitals and outpatient settings to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. She conducted thorough intake evaluations, implemented outcome measures to monitor patient progress, and adjusted interventions to ensure culturally responsive and clinically effective treatment.
