Jenniffer Manavi, PsyD, MA

Dr. Jenniffer Manavi is a California-licensed psychologist (CA Psy: 27811) with training and experience in clinical and forensic psychology, psychological testing, and psychotherapy for children and adults. She maintains a current licensed clinical psychology practice in Newport Beach, California, where her work includes therapeutic services, psychological testing, report writing, community outreach (including low-cost counseling), crisis counseling, coordination with teachers, parents, and medical providers, reunification services, and work with foster youth.

Dr. Manavi earned her PsyD in Clinical Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University in Irvine through the California School of Clinical Forensic Studies (CSFS). She also holds a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Hope International University in Fullerton, California. She began a sexual therapy certification program through ISSEE in August 2025 and is currently enrolled.

Since 2016, Dr. Manavi has worked as a Disability Evaluator with MDSI, conducting psychological testing, clinical interviews, and diagnostic impressions to determine disability. Her prior clinical training includes work as a Psychological Assistant with a neuropsychology focus at Dove Psychological Group in Newport Beach (2014–2015), providing therapy, psychological testing, report writing, group therapy, and participating in didactic training in neuropsychology and DBT practices. She completed a psychology internship/post-doctoral fellowship with the Orange County Health Care Agency at Orangewood Shelter (Social Services) in Orange, California (2013–2014), providing services to dependents from newborn to 18 who were taken into protective custody due to allegations of physical and/or sexual abuse or neglect, including psychological testing, court-ordered psychological reports, crisis calls and risk assessments, mental health screenings, and supervised visitation.

Dr. Manavi also completed a psychology internship with the Health Care Agency at the Youth Guidance Center (Probation Department) in Santa Ana (2012–2013), providing services to incarcerated adolescents ages 13 to 19, including assessments, diversion-related services, report writing, and suicide/homicide risk assessment and intervention. Earlier roles include a neuropsychology-focused internship at Coastline Community College’s Acquired Brain Injury Program (2011–2012) and MFT trainee experience at Providence Community Services (2007–2008). She previously served as a police officer with the Orange Police Department (1995–1997).
