Dr. Huh is a dual board-certified physician in Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM) and Internal Medicine. He applies analytical, evidence-based approach to care, providing clear clinical reasoning and documentation.
He completed his OEM residency at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where his work included occupational injury management, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and toxicology and exposure consultations, as well as policy development for major institutions including Boston Children’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. During this period, he earned his Master of Public Health (MPH) and contributed to the development of statewide occupational health guidance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In his current role, Dr. Huh supports occupational health services for a workforce of approximately 12,000 employees and provides clinical leadership in delivering high-quality occupational health care, including work-related injury and illness evaluations, post-offer examinations, exposure risk assessment, and DOT/FMCSA medical qualification exams. He also serves as a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for employer and Department of Transportation drug testing programs.
Dr. Huh completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Connecticut and has practiced as a hospitalist, delivering evidence-based care for acutely ill hospitalized patients while mentoring resident physicians. He has been recognized for operational leadership in the observation setting and for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, rehabilitation services, and consulting specialties.
Dr. Huh is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has authored peer-reviewed publications and presented nationally on OEM and Internal Medicine topics. He serves on committees for the Western Occupational and Environmental Medical Association (WOEMA) and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).
