Dr. Omar Eloustaz is a dedicated general dentist serving the San Fernando Valley, with a passion for restoring confidence through healthy, beautiful smiles. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Touro College of Dental Medicine at New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Merced.

Dr. Eloustaz provides comprehensive dental care, with clinical experience in restorative fillings, crowns and bridges, onlays, extractions, implants, and endodontic therapy. He is committed to preventive care and patient education, placing strong emphasis on oral hygiene as a foundation for long-term health.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Eloustaz also serves medically compromised and homebound patients through mobile dentistry. He remains actively engaged in continuing education across all areas of dentistry and holds certifications in Invisalign and Philips Zoom Whitening. He is a  member in good standing of the American Dental Association.
