Dr. Raghav Dhawan is a board-eligible Internal Medicine physician with comprehensive training in inpatient and outpatient care, procedural skills, and multidisciplinary collaboration. He currently serves as a Primary Care Physician at Menifee Global Multispecialty Group Inc. in Menifee, California (June 2025–Present), providing comprehensive management of chronic and acute conditions, coordinating care with specialty services, and implementing evidence-based protocols to optimize patient outcomes.

Dr. Dhawan completed his Internal Medicine Residency at KPC Hemet Global Medical Center in Hemet, California, from July 2022 to July 2025. During residency, he managed a broad spectrum of internal medicine cases, participated in rounds and team discussions, and performed procedures including central line placement, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, and thoracentesis. He also contributed to quality improvement initiatives and collaborated closely with multiple subspecialties to ensure coordinated patient care.

He earned his MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar, Punjab in 2021 and successfully passed USMLE Step 1 (September 2019), Step 2 CK (April 2021), and Step 3 on the first attempt. Dr. Dhawan was issued an active California medical license in June 2024.

Dr. Dhawan’s clinical experience also includes internships and rotations at Govt. Medical College, Amritsar (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, OB/GYN), and U.S. clinical observerships in Emergency Medicine at Hialeah Hospital, FL, and Pain Medicine at Port St. Lucie Pain Management, FL, and Northwest Suburban Pain Center, Arlington, IL.

He has actively contributed to community health initiatives, including Pulse Polio immunization campaigns, HIV/AIDS education with the State AIDS Control Society, and health outreach for orphanages and elderly populations. During residency, he served as Resident Representative at KPC Hemet and was recognized with the Outstanding Resident in Research award (2022–2023).

Dr. Dhawan is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with working knowledge of Urdu and Gujarati. He possesses procedural competence in central lines, arterial lines, paracentesis, and intubation, and demonstrates strong organizational, leadership, and technical skills in clinical practice.
