Dr. Ronald Steven Shaw is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with extensive experience in chiropractic care, wellness education, and integrative health. He currently practices at LifeKind Health, where he performs comprehensive health assessments and provides targeted chiropractic adjustments within a transdisciplinary clinic. In this role, Dr. Shaw collaborates with nurse practitioners, medical doctors, physician assistants, social workers, psychologists, acupuncturists, and dietitians to develop integrated, evidence-based treatment plans that emphasize holistic, patient-centered care.
Dr. Shaw earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, California, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Functional Medicine University and maintains active California State Chiropractic licensure. He is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Red Cross.
From 2009 to 2023, Dr. Shaw owned and operated Shaw Chiropractic and Wellness, where he delivered individualized chiropractic care, conducted health assessments, and led wellness classes focused on spine health and nutrition. He collaborated with other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment plans and enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
He has also served as a Functional Medicine Provider via telehealth at Alternacare, managing high-volume patient consultations, responding to complex clinical inquiries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care. At LeGrand Wellness, he conducted comprehensive chiropractic assessments and developed individualized treatment plans aimed at reducing pain, improving function, and supporting long-term wellness.
