Dr. Sarala M. Kal, MD, is a board-certified internist practicing in Los Angeles, California. With a rich academic and professional background, Dr. Kal brings expertise in internal medicine and a focus on nephrology as she advances her subspecialty training. Dr. Kal completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology with a minor in South Asian Studies. She pursued a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Bioengineering at Georgetown University before earning her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA, and is currently engaged in a nephrology fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.
