Dr. Foley is an experienced Doctor of Chiropractic based in Manhattan Beach, California, with over 15 years of practice specializing in the evaluation and treatment of the neuro-musculoskeletal system, including the nervous system, spine, and extremities. Dr. Foley emphasizes comprehensive medical history taking to fully understand each patient’s condition, delivering care through chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and other evidence-based modalities to optimize health, enhance quality of life, and advance the chiropractic profession. She employs a combination of diversified, drop table (Palmer and Thompson techniques), Activator, and Webster adjustments, complemented by sports taping, cold laser, red light therapy, Active Release Technique, SOT, Applied Kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Gua Sha (Graston), as well as nutritional and homeopathic interventions. From 2019 to 2024, Dr. Foley practiced at Fife Chiropractic and Health Awareness Center in Washington, focusing on care for pregnant women, infants, and children and applying Webster and cranial techniques. Between 2017 and 2021, she provided locum tenens coverage across multiple offices in Western Washington, refining patient management, office operations, and problem-solving skills. She also served as a clinical reviewer for CID Management (2012–2017), evaluating medical histories, drug therapies, and treatment requests within the workers’ compensation system. Her early clinical training included internships at Ferrel’s Chiropractic (2007), where she treated elite athletes, and Back to Function (2008), specializing in prenatal and infant care.
She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2004.
