Leine Delker, Ph. D., Q.M.E., is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been affiliated with the USC School of Medicine and maintained a private practice in Pasadena, California, for over twenty years. She served as the Behavioral Scientist for a USC Family Medicine Residency Program in downtown Los Angeles, where she taught primary care physicians and designed an interactive training program for physicians and psychologists. In 2002, Dr. Delker received a lifetime achievement award for these activities. She also designed and implemented federally funded research and community medicine projects for the USC School of Medicine and California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Dr. Delker’s work in medicine and psychology led her to become a Qualified Medical Evaluator in California, and she has been performing forensic assessments since 1995. Throughout her professional career, she has maintained an active psychotherapy practice with specializations in trauma, bipolar disorders, and chronic pain and illness. She utilizes a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques in her private practice and is certified in EMDR.
