Dr. Mark Moya is a seasoned dental practitioner with over 15 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience spanning private practice, group dental organizations, community health centers, and remote telehealth platforms. A graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Moya brings a deep commitment to comprehensive patient care, with specialized proficiency in complex molar endodontic procedures, diagnostic consultations, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Currently, Dr. Moya serves in dual capacities: as an endodontic general practitioner with West Coast Dental and as a dental adjudicator for Gainwell Technologies. At West Coast Dental, he focuses primarily on the treatment and re-treatment of anterior and posterior teeth for Medi-Cal patients, offering chairside and consultative care across multiple Southern California locations. At Gainwell Technologies, he adjudicates Treatment Authorization Requests (TARs) and claims across all dental disciplines based on clinical guidelines and radiographic evidence.

From 2021 to 2024, Dr. Moya held a key role with Zak Dental, where he pioneered virtual diagnostic services across twelve office locations. Utilizing remote conferencing, AI imaging tools, and digital charting, he delivered high-quality diagnostic assessments and treatment plans. His leadership extended to quality assurance oversight and mentorship of in-office providers, ensuring consistency of care and adherence to clinical standards. Additionally, he performed traveling endodontic procedures and served as the sole treating dentist at the Covina location, managing both patient care and office operations.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Moya founded and led Village Dental in Diamond Bar, overseeing all clinical and administrative functions. He also held senior and lead dentist roles at Smile Brands and Pacific Dental Services, where he was responsible not only for delivering a full range of general dentistry services but also for guiding associate dentists, managing staffing and scheduling, and achieving office production goals.

Dr. Moya’s community-oriented values are reflected in his tenure at Herald Christian Health Center and The Gary Center, where he provided care for medically underserved populations and patients in rehabilitation. At Herald, he implemented hygiene and recall systems, standardized case review protocols, and established referral and scheduling frameworks to support continuity of care.

Widely respected for his clinical judgment, precision in treatment planning, and strong written and verbal communication, Dr. Moya remains dedicated to advancing quality in dental care—both in-person and through evolving remote platforms.
