Currently, he serves as a Staff Psychiatrist at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, where he specializes in evaluating and managing the mental health needs of sailors and marines. His responsibilities include assessing individuals for limited duty and early retirement due to disabling mental health conditions, as well as supervising fourth-year psychiatry residents and maintaining operational schedules for emergency and special care.

Dr. Masoner is the President of Calm Horizons Psychiatry PC, where he provides comprehensive outpatient mental healthcare services in Southern California, leveraging telemedicine platforms. His practice focuses on personalized care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
