Stephen R. Colucci, M.D., Q.M.E., has been a board certified in internal medicine since 1977 in the State of California. He earned his medical degree from Tufts Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts in 1969. Dr. Colucci received the Vietnam Service Award, Vietnam Campaign Award, and a Combat Medical Badge. Dr. Colucci currently serves on medical directorships at Plymouth Tower and Chapman Convalescent Hospital; and also a hospice directorship at Chapman Convalescent Hospital.
