Dr. Viktoriya Figlina is a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care to diverse populations. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUCOM), where she was inducted into Sigma Sigma Phi for her academic excellence. Dr. Figlina also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Physiology) from San Francisco State University, graduating with honors as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Currently, Dr. Figlina serves as a psychiatrist at the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach, California, where she provides outpatient psychiatric care and consultation to veterans. Her clinical expertise includes the assessment and treatment of various mental health conditions, with additional experience in inpatient settings.

Dr. Figlina completed her psychiatry residency at Charles R. Drew University in Los Angeles, California where she has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations all across LA County. During her residency, she demonstrated strong leadership skills as a member of the Program Evaluation and Retreat Planning Committees, where she worked to enhance the resident experience and support program development. She has also completed additional training in integrative psychiatry.
